How do I apply for a role at DermaVue?
Every open role on this site links to a WhatsApp Apply button and an email-to-HR link. You can apply directly — no third-party recruiters. DermaVue HR responds within 48 working hours.
Do I need a medical background to work at DermaVue?
Not for every role. Consultant dermatologists, laser therapists and nursing staff need clinical qualifications. Front desk, operations, marketing and administration roles are open to non-medical candidates.
Are salaries really published on every job posting?
Yes — every DermaVue job posting shows a minimum and maximum monthly CTC, plus whether the role includes performance incentives. We publish these openly so you can compare fairly.
Which clinics are you hiring at right now?
We hire across all seven DermaVue locations: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Thiruvalla, Kottayam, Kochi (Aluva), Thrissur and Coimbatore. Each open role lists the specific cities where the vacancy is currently live.
Do you provide relocation support?
Yes. Clinical hires who need to relocate receive a one-time relocation allowance and help identifying housing near the clinic. Ask HR for the exact amount when you receive your offer letter.
What is the interview process like?
For clinical roles: CV screening, a clinical discussion with the Medical Director, and a half-day shadow visit at the nearest clinic. For non-clinical roles: CV screening, HR conversation and a practical task. Most offers are issued within one working week.
Does DermaVue support CME and continuing education?
Yes — consulting doctors get up to ₹60,000/year CME allowance (paid conferences, workshops, online certifications). Therapists get twice-yearly vendor-led refreshers on every device we operate.
