About the Role
DermaVue Clinics is hiring a Consultant Dermatologist to anchor our Kochi (Aluva) and Thiruvalla flagships. You will join a senior clinical team led by Dr. Rejeesh Menon and a growing residency-style learning environment backed by the DermaVue Research Journal.
Our practice is evenly balanced between medical dermatology (acne, psoriasis, eczema, pigmentation), surgical dermatology (excisions, cryotherapy, minor skin surgery) and aesthetic dermatology (laser, lipolysis, lasers, fillers, threads, HIFU). We are looking for a colleague who believes in measured, physician-led care — not volume-led technician work.

Selection Process
- Resume screening (48 hours)
- Clinical discussion with the Medical Director
- Half-day shadow visit at the nearest DermaVue clinic
- Offer letter within one working week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outpatient dermatology consultations at the assigned clinic
- Deliver evidence-based medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology care
- Mentor junior doctors, therapists and nursing staff
- Maintain NABH-grade documentation and MCI-compliant photography
- Participate in weekly case reviews and DermaVue Research Journal discussions
Requirements
- MD / DNB Dermatology from a recognised medical college
- Minimum 3 years of post-MD clinical experience
- Valid Kerala Medical Council (KMC) or TNMC registration
- Proficiency in aesthetic dermatology (fillers, botulinum toxin, chemical peels)
- Patient-centric consultation style and strong communication in English + Malayalam (or Tamil)
