Shipping Policy

1. Who Ships Your Order

DermaVue Shop is operated by DermaVue Skin Hair & Laser Institute Private Limited ("DermaVue", "we", "us"). Orders are fulfilled from the DermaVue clinic nearest to your delivery pincode — one of seven clinics across Kerala and Tamil Nadu (Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Thiruvalla, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Coimbatore).

2. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to pincodes across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and most Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability. Some remote pincodes and restricted zones may be unavailable; in such cases we will notify you within 24 hours and refund the order in full.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delays caused by courier disruptions, weather events, local restrictions, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

4. Order Cut-off & Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. A pharmacist at the fulfilling clinic performs a final quality check before dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Flat ₹79 shipping on orders below ₹999.
• No hidden handling charges. GST, where applicable, is included in the product price.

6. Courier Partners & Tracking

We dispatch through reputable logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post (for select pincodes). A tracking ID is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once the shipment is picked up. You can track your order at any time through the courier's portal.

7. Prepaid Only

All orders on DermaVue Shop are prepaid via Razorpay, using UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or supported wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. This policy exists to ensure traceability, faster dispatch, and secure handling of prescription products.

8. Prescription (Rx) Products

Four items on DermaVue Shop are Schedule H prescription drugs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. These items are dispensed only after a valid prescription is verified by a DermaVue dermatologist. If a prescription cannot be verified, we will refund the order in full and notify you within 48 hours.

9. Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, we will contact you on your registered phone and email. Reshipment is subject to a second shipping charge. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

Please record a video while unboxing your order. If the package is visibly damaged or items are missing, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp to the fulfilling clinic or email shop@dermavue.com, attaching the unboxing video and photographs. Verified claims are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
