These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "user") and DermaVue Skin & Hair Clinics ("DermaVue", "we", "us", "our"), a physician-owned dermatology clinic network registered under the laws of India, operating the website dermavue.com (the "Website").
By accessing or using our Website, booking appointments, engaging with our social media pages, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, patients, and any other person who accesses or uses the Website or our services.

04 Account & Booking

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or if the booking is made in bad faith.

DermaVue provides dermatological, cosmetic, trichological, and hair transplant services through our network of clinics across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Our services include but are not limited to:

Service Availability
Not all services are available at every clinic location. Service availability, pricing, and specific procedures are subject to:

- Doctor availability and clinic capacity
- Medical suitability — our doctors reserve the right to recommend alternative treatments or decline procedures if they are not medically appropriate for you

06 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking an Appointment
- Appointments can be booked via our Website form, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at any clinic
- A booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific time slot — our team will contact you to confirm the final appointment time
- Walk-in consultations are accepted subject to doctor availability
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in restrictions on future online bookings
- DermaVue reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or doctor unavailability — in such cases, we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost
Pre-Procedure Requirements
Certain procedures (e.g., hair transplant, laser treatments) may require pre-procedure instructions, medical clearance, or preparatory steps. Failure to follow these instructions may result in rescheduling. Our team will provide all relevant instructions before your appointment.
07 Payments & Refunds
Pricing
- All prices displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is determined after in-person consultation
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Some procedures offer 0% EMI financing through our partner finance providers, subject to their terms and credit approval
Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI through our approved payment gateway partners. All digital payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways — we do not store your card details.
Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided
- Procedure deposits may be refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled procedure, minus any administrative charges
- Completed treatments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with results, please speak with your treating doctor — we will work with you to address concerns through follow-up care
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method
08 Acceptable Website Use
You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases

17 Termination

- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023 (India), before proceeding to arbitration or litigation
- Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, in the English language
- Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
