Why DermaVue
We treat skin and hair problems properly, at a price India's growing middle class can reach. Three things make the model work, and make it worth building together.
Every clinic is led by a qualified dermatologist. When doctors own the clinic, the medical decision and the business decision sit in the same hands, and the medical one wins. People waste money on products that mask skin problems; our doctors treat the cause.
India's middle class is growing, and more people want expert skin and hair care they can afford. Today that demand is spread across small clinics and beauty parlours with no common standard. We bring one doctor-led standard to many locations, starting in the Tier-2 cities the metros overlook.
We have run this since 2016 across seven clinics in two states, on shared protocols and an in-house training programme led by senior dermatologists. Doctor pay is tied to patient satisfaction, retention stays high, and every new clinic opens with a dermatologist in charge from day one.
Investment opportunity
We are building DermaVue into a doctor-led skin and health brand, not just a chain of clinics. We are not looking for passive capital. Partners and investors share in the value they help create and have a real say in how we grow. Our long-term ambition is to build DermaVue into a public company, listed in India.

Founder & Chairman

Co-founder and chairman. US board-certified physician and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Washington State University. His research contributed to Enterade, an amino-acid compound that eases chemotherapy-related toxicity, recognised with a NASA-funded NSBRI award. He leads DermaVue's vision and partnerships.
Founder & Managing Director

Co-founder and managing director, and the dermatologist who built DermaVue's clinical protocols and daily operations. MD in Dermatology from T.D. Medical College, University of Kerala. Practises dermatology, dermatosurgery, laser and hair restoration.
Co-Founder & Chief Dermatologist

Clinical co-founder and a procedural dermatologist based at the Thiruvalla clinic. She anchors the network's aesthetic and laser practice.
Governance
DermaVue is run with institutional discipline. A Board of Directors oversees finance and governance. A Clinical Excellence Council of senior clinicians guides medical standards.

Where we operate
We grow in clusters, not scattered points, so clinics share training, cover, referrals and equipment, and patients reach a DermaVue standard without travelling to a metro. Future regions across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are areas of interest, opened only where a dermatologist can lead from day one.
