Sometimes the wait times for consultation or treatment can be a bit too long, even when you have pre-booked. But otherwise this is a good option for your skin and hair treatments.

Had visited there once and I was very much disappointed with the service. I went in for consultation with Dr. Geetanjali. To be honest I felt very uncomfortable from her way of talking and attitude towards a client/patient. The moment I started discussing my issues she seemed to be very impatient and jumped to conclusion and suggested a lot of products. When I attempted to talk about something she stopped me and added her remarks arrogantly. I felt very disrespected that moment and felt the the whole process to be more of a business than an actual consultation. They were trying to sell a lot of their products without even wanting to hear our concerns. Anyways never went there again and never recommend to anyone. I really wish doctors be more patient and inquisitive about a patient's concern rather than being so business minded.

I have had a satisfying experience undergoing a transplant here. Im writing this review after 4 months of hair transplant. The staff and doctors here is so transparent and comfortable to consult. They never over promise you. They only treat you with realistic expectations. And after 4 months I'm already satisfied with the results where actually it may take 6-8 months for the actual results.
